Terms
The plain-English version of what we agree to when you become a client. You also sign a copy of this as your setup agreement before we start.
1.What we do
We set up AI to take the time-consuming admin and everyday jobs off your plate (for example, sorting your inbox, drafting replies, or chasing overdue invoices). We start with the one job hurting you most and get it working on your own accounts, setting it up together with you over a screen-sharing chat, and training you on it as we go. From there you can add more automations over time, each set up the same careful way.
2.You are always in control
Nothing sends, replies, posts, pays or shares on its own. The AI drafts, and you approve and send everything yourself, on your own account. You can change or switch off any of it at any time.
3.Hands-on help, if you want it
We set things up with you over a chat, sharing screens so we are both looking at the same thing while you do the steps. If you would rather we took the wheel, with your permission we can take remote control of your screen (using Chrome Remote Desktop) and do it for you while you watch. Before we start, you close any other apps and windows, so the only thing open is what we are setting up (for example your inbox). We only ever look at that, never anything else on your screen, and we do not record the session. We never need or ask for your passwords, you log in yourself, and you can end the session at any moment.
4.Your data and privacy
Your emails, files and accounts stay with you; we do not copy your inbox out. To support you, we keep a small set of working notes about your setup, and we delete them if you stop working with us. We never sell or share your information. Full detail is on our Privacy page.
5.The AI can get things wrong
The AI drafts suggestions; it is not perfect and can make mistakes. Because you review and approve everything before it goes out, you are the final check, and you are responsible for what you choose to send. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply. Beyond those rights, and only to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for the service is limited to redoing the work, or refunding the fees you paid us.
6.What it costs
Setup is $500 one-off at the founding rate, split so you are never out of pocket for something unproven: $250 to get started, and the rest ($250) on completion, once it is working (see point 7). You only pay the balance once it is working (see point 7), and the $250 to get started is fully refundable if we cannot get your automation working. Optional Care is $149 per month, month to month, cancel any time with no lock-in. New automations added later are quoted and paid separately. The AI itself runs on Claude, which you pay for directly to Anthropic (about AU $30 per month); that is not paid to us and we never mark it up.
7.What "working" means
Your automation is "working", and the balance falls due, when, on your own account, it does the agreed job and you have run it once yourself. Until that point, you have only paid the refundable $250 to get started.
8.Cancelling
Care is month to month. Cancel any time and you keep whatever is already set up in your own accounts; we simply stop the ongoing support and remove our working notes. Cancelling never switches off your automation, it keeps running as last set up.
9.Where this applies
