Plain English: your emails and files stay in your own accounts, we only ever use read-and-draft access, and nothing is ever sent without your say-so.

Who we are

Right Pilot is the trading name of Henry Cooper, sole trader, ABN 56 762 616 173, based in Adelaide, South Australia. You can reach us any time at info@rightpilot.com.au.

What we access, and what we don't

When you become a client, you connect your own tools (like your email) to the AI yourself. We set it up to read and draft only: the AI reads your messages so it can help, and it prepares drafts for you. It is set up so that nothing is ever sent, replied, posted, paid or shared on its own, you read every draft and send it yourself, from your own account.

We do not copy your inbox out, and we never ask for or need your passwords. You log in yourself, and you can switch off our access at any time.

What we store

The only thing we keep on our side is a small set of working notes about your setup: your preferences, your rules, and how your automation is tuned. We keep these so we can support you and keep improving it. We do not store your emails, your files, or your customers' information.

How long we keep it

We keep your working notes only while we are actively working with you. If you stop working with us, we delete them. We do not hold data for businesses we are no longer helping.

The tools we use to run the business

To deliver the service we use a few trusted providers, each handling only what they need to:

• Anthropic (Claude), the AI itself. Your AI assistant runs on Claude, and your use of it is also covered by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy.
• Hosting and email, to run this website and send you the emails about your setup (such as your welcome and your invoice).
• Our own secure records, where we keep the working notes described above and your contact details.
• Payments, handled by bank transfer; we see that a payment arrived, not your banking logins.

We never sell or share your information

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is genuinely needed to provide the service (for example, the AI provider above) or where the law requires it.

Your control

It is your data, in your accounts. You can revoke the AI's access at any time, and you can ask us to delete the working notes we hold for you by emailing info@rightpilot.com.au.
