Your emails and files stay in your own accounts. The AI can read your emails and write drafts, nothing more. It never sends anything on its own, and we don't store your emails. The only thing we keep is a small set of notes on how your setup is tuned for you, kept confidential and deleted if you ever leave. We're Australian-run, and you can switch our access off whenever you want.
Because you approve every draft, mistakes get caught before they go anywhere. During setup and tuning we sand down the rough edges until it sounds like you, and we keep tuning it.
