Terms
The plain-English version of what we agree to when you become a client, covering our Web Design and Development and The Right List services. Each service also has its own full agreement, which governs that service if anything differs from this page.
1.Web Design and Development
For a website build, you pay the price set out in your written quote. You own the finished site, your domain and your content. Your site and its hosting are in your name, never ours. You pay the host directly. On the optional Web Care plan ($89 a month, no lock-in, month to month or prepaid up front for 3, 6 or 12 months at 5, 10 or 15 percent off) we look after your site and fix what breaks, and we keep a full copy so we can rebuild it if anything ever goes wrong. Web Care includes two changes each month. A change is one reasonable request, like updating a price, swapping a couple of photos, or changing your hours, done in one message, no matter how many small things it covers. Extra changes beyond your two are $49 each. A whole new page, a redesign, or a bigger feature is always a separate quote. We fix anything broken or not as agreed for 30 days after launch. Optional Setup ($99 one-off): we register your domain, create your business email and move your old mail across, all in accounts in your own name with your own sign-in. The $99 covers our setup work. The domain's yearly renewal and the email subscription are billed to you by those providers directly, and both stay yours whatever happens with us. Where we set these up through a referral link, the provider may pay us a small commission. It doesn't change what you pay, and we'd recommend the same providers either way. The full terms are in your Website Agreement, which governs this service if anything differs from this page.
2.The Right List
We research and deliver a list of business contacts that match your brief, as a spreadsheet and a CSV. Custom lists are built to a customer profile you describe, quoted for the job, with a minimum of 20 names. We check the details but cannot guarantee a sale, a reply or any particular result, and you are responsible for contacting people lawfully (the Spam Act, Do Not Call rules and Privacy Act). If a detail on a row is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace that row free. The full terms are in your Right List Agreement, which governs this service if anything differs from this page.
We agree how you pay in writing before any work starts: your quote states the amount, and you pay the invoice we send. Nothing is bought on this website. Web Care is paid month to month, or up front for 3, 6 or 12 months at a discount. A Right List is priced per business, with a minimum of 20. Everything else is paid up front. There are no lock-in contracts and nothing renews by itself.
Prices shown on this website are guide prices. The price in your written quote is the total you pay. All prices are in Australian dollars. Right Pilot, ABN 56 762 616 173, is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Nothing on this page takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
If you change your mind. Your money is fully refundable right up until we start, less anything we have already bought for you. Once we have started a website build, tell us and we stop straight away: we keep what you have paid up to that point, there is no cancellation fee, and you owe nothing more apart from things bought in your name that cannot be returned, like a domain name. A Right List works the same way: full refund before we start the research, and once we have started, the work begun is not refunded. Anything we design or build stays ours until the job is paid in full. The full wording is in your service agreement.
If anything ever goes wrong between us, please email us first at info@rightpilot.com.au so we can try to sort it out quickly and fairly. Right Pilot, ABN 56 762 616 173, is based in Adelaide, South Australia, and these terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
