Frequently asked questions.
Yes, outright. The list is yours once it lands. We never resell it or reuse it for anyone else, and there is nothing to keep paying to keep it.
We research each business one at a time, against its own website and public records, fresh for your job. Every answer on the row carries what it was checked against, and the date. Nothing comes from a bought database. Those are sold without a per-field source or a date.
No. We hand you the list with the details, and you make first contact your own way. You stay in control of your outreach.
Yes. Say so and we will work out how many and how often when we quote it. There is no package to sign up to, nothing renews by itself, and you are never handed a business you have already received.
If a detail on a row is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace that row free. That covers every list. What we cannot promise is how the conversations go, that part is yours.
Yes. Our lists are Australian businesses researched one at a time from public information, with a named person in their working role. The law governs how you contact them. Marketing emails must follow the Spam Act, and phone calls must respect the Do Not Call Register. How you use the list is your call and your responsibility, and the agreement says that plainly.
